Baby 'C' {Niagara Newborn Photographer}

Baby C was an absolute pleasure to photograph...she was the tiniest little thing who didn't mind at all being posed and re-posed every few minutes.  For a moment, I wondered if there was any way I'd be able to sneak her home in my camera bag...she was adorable.  J & J, you have one beautiful little girl!

Baby 'K' {Niagara Newborn Photographer}

Here is 6-day-old 'K'.  She was my first ever VERY sleepy baby (though, according to Mommy and Daddy, she didn't sleep like this during the night!)  So we got some really great sleepy shots...what a sweetheart!  Thanks M and A for the opportunity to photograph your little sweetie!

Daydreaming in the Dandelions {Niagara Child Photographer}

On my way to Church this morning, I drove by this field of dandelions and I really really wanted a shot with my munchkin here...so later in the day, when we were on our way to do some grocery shopping, we pulled over, jumped out of the van, and spent literally 60 seconds here.  L was SO cooperative (could be because he'd never sat right in the middle of a field of tall grass and dandelions and he was a little stunned) but he was great!  It's been a long time since I was last able to get a good picture of this busy busy boy!! 
I love him so much!

Something Different

I recently did a 'Pilates in the Park' photoshoot for Lindsay Hamm, a pilates instructor from Burlington, Ontario.  It was something I'd never done before, but enjoyed very much! 
Lindsay is so easy to photograph because she's absolutely gorgeous!  (She also made me really want to join a pilates class!!)

Baby 'E' {Niagara Newborn Photographer}

Meet baby 'E'!  What a sweetheart she was!  She was quite content, but would not for the life of her, fall asleep...she didn't want to miss a thing!

So, we didn't get too many sleeping shots (3, in fact, of her starting to doze off in mommy's arms)...but we got some great open-eyed shots!  Thanks C & R for allowing me to photograph your little princess!

Hello...

As this is my first time here, I thought I'd introduce myself a little bit. 
I am a self-taught photographer, and absolutely LOVE what can be captured with a camera.  Some might say I am obsessed with photography, but I don't think that's a bad thing :) 

I have a wonderful husband (who I have been married to for 5 1/2 years) and a sweet little boy who is almost 20 months old.  These two have been ever-so-patient with me all the times that I've needed "just one more picture".  (Thanks boys!!!)

Since I can't catch up and post from each of the sessions I have done up until this point, I thought I would post a few (well, maybe more than a few) of my favourites so far.
